Your tasks

Our Application Development Center in Budapest is looking for a SoftwareEngineer to join our AI & App Center at Kalvin Square!

We create next generation automotive software solutions which make automated driving safe and affordable! We are looking for creative minds who are passionate to shape the future of automated driving by delivering software solutions for ADAS customer projects! You will be part of our Agile Vehicle Interface Team and work on bespoke customer solutions from concept to delivery.

As a Software Engineer You will:

  • work on the development of vehicle interface modules (communication network, diagnostics, error handling, bootloader) for dedicated high-profile european OEMs
  • act as a Senior in Vector tool related cases (Vector DaVinci, CANoe)
  • participate in training of junior team members
  • contribute to the software development and configuration of software with 3rd party tools
  • debug, analyse and resolve
  • analyze customer requirements and derive SW requirements
  • specify, create, execute and analyse dynamic and static code tests and Software tests
  • if required, participate in technical alignment with customer

Your profile

  • University degree (BSc, MSc, PhD) in a technical area: Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related
  • Solid experience in embedded SW development projects, preferable within the automotive industry
  • Good knowledge of Vector DaVinci tool
  • Hands-on coding skills in C/C++
  • Knowledge of interface functionalities (ethernet communication, vehicle diagnostic, vehicle error handling or cyber security)
  • Experience in debugging complex problems within embedded systems
  • Good understanding of state-of-the-art SW engineering methods, like detailed design with UML, Code Reviews, Static and Dynamic module tests
  • Good command of English language
