Production Area Leader - Hot Preparation

Your tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure product quality, SOP adherence, and smooth workflow across the Hot Preparation area
  • Lead SAT2 meetings and coordinate actions with cross‑functional teams to resolve production issues quickly.
  • Oversee manpower allocation, monitor inventory, and support execution of production plans.
  • Work with the engineering & maintenance team to minimize downtime and address equipment failures.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce scrap & rework
  • Lead safety practices, conduct accident investigations, and develop operator skills through structured training.

    Your profile

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field (Diploma with strong experience considered).
    • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in production, manufacturing, or process operations; leadership experience preferred.
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.
    • Experience in automotive, tire manufacturing, rubber processing, or similar industries is an advantage.
