Insight into a department that sets standards

The Quality Management & Technical Compliance Tires department at the Hannover‑Stöcken site is responsible for ensuring the quality of all products within the Tire Division, which are developed and produced based on customer requirements and global system guidelines.
Our mission: to plan, control and continuously improve quality – using professional quality management methods that we apply in a systematic and globally comparable way.

For you as our new working student (m/f/diverse), this means gaining insights into a highly relevant field of work, learning methods that are sought after in many future career paths, and taking on tasks where accuracy, structured working methods and the application of lessons learned play a central role.

You would be starting to support us in April 2026 and the position comes with a working time of 20 hours per week for 24 months. You’ll work primarily on site so you can learn and collaborate directly with the team. Remote work is possible occasionally.

Your Tasks – varied, responsible and international

Organization & Coordination

  • Supporting the planning and coordination of internal processes and meetings
  • Handling orders and coordinating with internal departments and external service providers
  • Contributing to the project organization of the department’s relocation

Event Management & Internal Communication

  • Supporting the organization, execution and follow‑up of internal events
  • Tasks such as participant registration, preparing presentations and working with the CITAX system
  • Creating blog posts and internal communication content

Global Collaboration & Networking

  • Supporting worldwide quality management projects
  • Co‑organizing the annual global Quality Day
  • Contributing to the development of international guidelines
  • Ongoing exchange with colleagues across the globe – ideal conditions for building a strong network

Data Preparation & Digital Media

  • Preparing data and creating diagrams, graphics and Excel analyses
  • Contributing to surveys, newsletters and creating news content in Teams and internal information systems
  • Working carefully and precisely according to the lessons‑learned principle

Your profile

  • Enrolled student (m/f/diverse) in a relevant field of study (e.g., communication, media management, event management, communication design or similar)
  • Initial practical experience in Media- & Event Management or Internal Communication is a great advantage
  • Confident handling of MS Office-applications as Outlook, Excel & Powerpoint, OneNote and Teams
  • Fluent English language skills for international collaboration - written and spoken
  • Good German language skills are a plus
  • Willingness to work on site in Hannover-Stöcken
  • Structured, reliable and detail‑oriented working style
  • Enjoyment of communication, creative tasks and global teamwork
