PPI Coordinator

Your tasks

- Coordinates processes and product industrialization team

- Encourages coordination with PPI departments in the region

- Develops the plant's CBS strategy into action plans and ensures implementation

- Manages projects of changes in materials, machines, relocation of production processes

- Updates and creates product specifications and TDSs in accordance with standards

- Updates flow charts and control plans (in cooperation with the Quality department), work instructions and technologies

- Conducts specific product testing as well as trial products in order to translate them into serial production in accordance with standards

- Updates FMEA of products and processes according to local conditions and standards

- Initiates CBS projects, rapid improvement events, structured problem solving, Gemba leadership and other CBS methods to leverage identified potentials

- Participates in and/or manages local multi-functional CBS projects

- Ensures local application of standards related to the industrialization of products and processes

- Ensures local implementation of central and divisional CBS standards

- Manages ideas for improvement in accordance with the standards

- Provides feedback and input for further development regarding CBS processes

- They participate in continuous improvement activities through the application of the Lean process of the Continental Business System-CBS (Continental Business System).

- Ensures appropriate reporting related to product industrialization and CBS

- Maintains CBS project database (project approval, results achieved and overall accuracy of information)

- Material research

- Process research

- Cooperation with external partners; (suppliers, institutes, universities, etc.)

- Conducts workshops and employee training to apply and develop CBS methods throughout plant/operational unit processes (e.g. Quality and Safety First, Emergency Measures, Lean Thinking, Lean Leadership, Culture of Continuous Improvement, etc.)"

- Initiates and controls continuous qualification of CBS employees in cooperation with HR

- Monitors the implementation and respects the prescribed safety and health measures at work and fire protection measures

- Informs the immediate manager and the responsible person for occupational safety in the event of an incident/injury at work/fire hazard,

- Actively participates in risk assessment for safety, occupational health and environmental protection

- Performs all duties in accordance with the following laws and positive regulations arising from them: Law on Safety and Health at Work, Law on Fire Protection, Law on Environmental Protection, Law on Waste Management

- Uses and purposefully uses means and equipment for personal protection at work

- Contributes to the realization of environmental goals, reducing the consumption of natural resources, water and electricity

- Properly handles waste in accordance with established procedures

- Contributes to continuous improvement in occupational health and environmental protection, respects company policies, procedures, instructions/work instructions
