Regional CBS Coach

Your tasks

CBS implementation and sustainability            
▪ Deployment of continuous improvement systems and tools to drive operational performance improvement and business processes effectivity.  
▪ Drive CBS developing  CBS Culture  on the assigned areas/plants, focusing on increasing Lean mindset and knowledge on impacted areas.
▪ Support CBS roadmap implementation within Plant resources.  Cascade True North metrics and Corp Initiatives to each Location.
▪ Develop Leaders and Coaches on CBS management system through coaching and training.                             

Leadership             
▪ Support and Coach CBS resources on location level, ensuring Lean principles implementation and coaching is present across Locations.
▪ Set and monitor Plant CBS coaches Goals in line with business needs.
▪ Develop Plant CBS team towards lean mindset with effect at all levels of the Organization.                                

Cultural Change            
▪ Support and promote the Cultural Change by working with leaders to Create and Communicate the Vision, sense of Urgency for change that incorporates a Continuous Improvement 

Culture and holist Management system
▪ Coach Leaders to empower and involve employees and demonstrate how short term wins can anchor and the new culture.  
                                
Task Force             
▪ Support Task force needs in the Region, aligned with BA/Sector and turn around needs. 
▪ Prioritization decision within BA and CBS Global management according to effort/benefit and pareto approach
                                    
Training             
▪ Execute Training  for new and developing coaches across locations, as well as Location Staff members as needed. 
▪ Moderate/Facilitate workshops and Events to teach and realize results.
▪ Support regional and local facilities training  efforts.
                                    
CBS Projects             
▪ Manage Sprint savings supported by CBS, promoting events and tracking progress on the assigned locations.
▪ Support implementation and prioritization of relevant projects in Locations and admin areas.

Your profile

•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required.                                    
•    7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, quality or process improvement roles.
•    3 to 5 years of Operational experiences in Toyota Production system, lean manufacturing, or similar operating system.                        
•    Experiencing  lean transformations and  kaizen activities in different cultural environments.
•    Experience in Project management techniques.                                     
•    Leadership experience with small to mid size teams of Lean experts / technical / business structures direct or indirect. 
•    Excellent communication skills to lead and support empowered employees in a team environment.            
•    Six Sigma Green Belt or above is preferred.

•    Comfortable with frequent business travel (50%~60%).
