Digital Service Technician
Your tasks
Performs maintenance tasks (preventive & corrective maintenance) on production machines.
▪ Do troubleshooting - level 2 after technicians - on systems in the Manufacturing Suite and decide to escalate to IT or MTE as higher levels of support.
▪ Provides hotline support in exceptional situations (e.g., cyber attack) at the request of the direct superior in the MTE.
▪ Provides support in configuring/troubleshooting shopfloor printers (e.g., Zebra, Lexmark).
▪ Provides support in configuring/troubleshooting geolocation antennas
▪ Check handheld scanners (wired or wireless) for software defects and replace hardware if necessary.
▪ Involvement in the commissioning, testing, and preliminary acceptance (PMA) of new machines/systems through support related to software standards (OS, IP, host naming, domain integration, LanDesk, ePO, Acronis, McAfee, NagiosXI, etc.).
▪Proposes working procedures for DS-tech activities and checklists for machine evaluation. It is involved in the preventive maintenance of machines, carrying out specific DS-tech activities
Your profile
- Technical Degree required (Electrical / Computer)
- First practical knowledge in industrial automation.
- Automotive industry experience beneficial (not mandatory)
