Production Internship - Shopfloor Training Department
Your tasks
Support Shopfloor Training (SFT) department in maintaining training quality and documentation for operators and line leaders. Ensure competency matrices and on-the-job (OJT) records remain current and audit-ready.
- Schedule and track OJT sessions, update competency matrices and training records.
- Coordinate with supervisors, HR, and EHS for training compliance and audit readiness.
Your profile
- Degree student in Engineering (Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical) or HR.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in Power BI will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working on shopfloor and communicating in English/BM.
