Mould Supervisor

Lead mould fitter team to ensure timely mould changes, adherence to safety, 5S, and quality standards.

1. Manage mould and bladder replacement during the shift as per schedule.
2. Work closely with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime and resolve issues.
3. Ensure compliance with quality standards, control plans, and work instructions.
4. Address and escalate quality issues related to moulds and bladders promptly.
5. Verify moulds and bladders meet specifications before and after installation.
6. Report unsafe conditions or hazards immediately.

1. Education: SKM Level 2 or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing.
2. Experience: 3+ years in mould/bladder change and team supervision in shift-based production.
3. Skills: Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and ability to work with engineering and production teams.
4. Other: Basic computer skills and knowledge of safety and quality standards.
