Senior Regional IT Governance and Quality Coordinator EMEA - Tires

Your tasks

We are looking for a Senior Regional IT Governance & Quality Coordinator to join our EMEA IT team. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between global IT standards and local business requirements, ensuring governance, quality, and risk management across all Tires locations in the region. You will collaborate closely with local IT teams, central competence centers, and business stakeholders to implement IT Service Management (ITSM), and risk management.

  • ITSM Coordination: Lead IT Service Management activities, maintain service catalogs, and ensure compliance with ITSM processes.
  • IT Governance & Quality: Implement and monitor IT standards, quality assurance measures, and risk management plans across regional locations.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate knowledge sharing, networking, and collaboration between central and local IT teams and business units.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Support audits, risk reporting, and maintain documentation for governance and compliance.

Your profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Information Technology or related field; ITIL or similar certification is a must.
  • Experience:
    • 5–10 years in IT or industry, with at least 3 years in relevant IT governance or quality roles.
    • Strong background in IT Service Management and IT Risk & Quality Management.
    • Experience in multinational environments and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced knowledge of ICS, IT Risk Management, ITSM.
    • Strong communication skills in English.
    • Familiarity with tools like Power BI and UiPath is a plus.
    • Understanding of IT regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies in the EMEA region.
  • Leadership: Ability to perform in a functional leadership role within a matrix organization.
