Cybersecurity Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist (m/f/diverse) for our Cybersecurity Reporting, Training and Awareness Team within Information Security  in the Tires Cybersecurity . The team is responsible for Cybersecurity Reporting within Cybersecurity, to Management and other target groups, driving Information- and Cybersecurity awareness initiatives and works closely with Rule & Risk Managers, as well as other Cybersecurity Professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cybersecurity reports and metrics tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.
  • Support phishing simulations, awareness campaigns, and training initiatives to reduce human risk.
  • Align awareness activities with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Present insights and translate technical risks into business-relevant language.
  • Manage awareness platforms and deliver engaging content through workshops, eLearnings, and communications.
  • Foster a security-first culture through continuous learning and proactive engagement.

Your profile

Technical Skills & Experience 

  • Academic degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT, or a related field or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in Cybersecurity reporting, awareness, training, or related areas
  • Proficiency with PowerBI Reporting.
  • Practical knowledge for interface development and database technologies, data analysis and debugging.
  • Experience in security metrics reporting, data analysis, and executive-level presentations
  • An understanding of Cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with phishing simulation tools, Cybersecurity awareness platforms, and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Proficiency in developing cybersecurity training materials, awareness campaigns, and communication strategies
  • Cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR is a plus

Certifications (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Certified Awareness Practitioner (e.g., SANS Security Awareness Professional - SSAP)
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
  • CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
  • CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
  • Security+

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong training development skills
