Senior Regional IT Infrastructure Coordinator

Your tasks

Infrastructure (Consulting & Demand Management)

• Technical consultation (standards, optimization, infrastructure and service design)
• Collaboration with central Infra CC to manage global/local demand, and tracking specific Solutions for locations (i.e Meraki, Starlink for small/remote locations i.e. RDCs) and alignment between the other regional Infra Coordinators
• Collect and consolidate local requirements and demand for Tire

IT infra services Infrastructure (Quality and Compliance)

• Technical analysis and support to follow-up on DS/TMES assessment, etc.
• Organize Training and Open calls with Specialists from CC Infrastructure
• Follow up Assessment (i.e. Regional Distributor Center ) and Infra Standardization
• Align and communicate on Infrastructure topics and policies within the Local IT Tires community
• Ensure that approved concept/design is installed in the locations accordingly
▪ Collaboration and consultation with Regional MTE representatives

Infrastructure (Service and Process Optimisation)

▪ Collaborate with Local IT and the globally staffed IT infrastructure community to define and continuously improve infrastructure services and end-to-end processes
▪ Support in Infrastructure Escalations with internal and external provider
• Drives the utilization of new technologies and best practice sharing in the locations


Provider management

▪ Communication with supplier and provider
▪ Evaluate and support selection of products and services
▪ Escalation Management with the supplier and provider

Project management

▪ Leads and drives Tire Infrastructure projects in the region to implement new or enhanced solutions
• Support the location IT Infrastructure projects in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
▪ Participate in Tire Global infrastructure projects

Your profile

-Degree, Bachelor or Diploma in Information Technology or related field;
-PMP or related certification is preferable.Minimum

-5 - 10 years of IT or Engineering working experience with at least 3 years in relevant IT field.
-Experience in support locations across the region.

-Very good experience with the management and monitoring of multiple projects.

-Leading Teams without direct reporting lines.Have experience in working in a multi-national company
