Product and Process Industrialization Coordinator
Your tasks
- Manage and coordinate product and process industrialisation for the plant/operations unit, translating business requirements into tangible impacts on plant readiness
- Contribute to strategic and operative planning, ensuring achievement of industrialisation targets according to customer expectations
- Plan and implement investments for project-specific tooling and devices, initiating continuous improvement activities using CBS methods
- Interface with segment, BU or division functions to gather local requirements and participate in cross-functional projects
- Manage product-specific ramp-up or change projects, updating production specifications, flow charts, and work instructions according to standards
- Perform product-specific testing, start-up of production processes, and support customer releases (e.g., PPAP) in compliance with quality standards
Your profile
- University degree, preferably in mechanical/manufacturing engineering, chemistry or related discipline
- 5 or more years of professional experience in various process engineering functions
- Cross-functional experience e.g. in engineering, quality, production or CBS preferred
- 3 or more years in a leadership position, preferably in a technical team with functional and disciplinary responsibility for other individuals
- Extensive knowledge of rubber and plastics tooling, processing and production equipment will be a strong plus.
- In-depth understanding of product and process industrialization related technologies, systems, infrastructures, standards and processes
- Proven expertise in quality management (including quality policies, systems and processes)
- Experience in working with international teams on production topics and understanding of foreign cultures
- Advanced level of english is required. ( Interviews will be in english )
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Proficiency in using CAD software and other relevant technical tools
- Strong grasp of Lean production/CBS principles, methods and tools
- Proficiency in problem solving and decision making tools and techniques
- Demonstrated management skills, tools and techniques (e.g. balanced scorecard, benchmarking)
