Sequencing Group Leader
Your tasks
The Sequencing Group Leader plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and meeting production targets. This position demands a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Rigorously adhere to the weekly plan to meet customer demands and fulfil plant production volume targets with utmost precision.
- Strictly enforce and monitor compliance with rules, guidelines, and targets as set forth by the Sequencing Manager.
- Assume full responsibility for vigilantly monitoring sequencing KPIs, ETO & SOP plans, and daily tickets, implementing corrective actions promptly when necessary.
- Serve as the primary liaison between production sequencing and plant operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide leadership and direction to Shift Sequencers, maintaining a high standard of performance and accountability.
Your profile
- Bachelor degree in logistics, manufacturing, industrial engineering, process engineering or similar technical background.
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in critical interface systems, including manufacturing systems.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, with particular emphasis on P20.
- English level intermediate.
- Knowledge in Sequencing standards (Automotive industry desirable)
- Experience leading work teams.
- Microsoft Office Level intermediate advanced
