Quality Group Leader - System and Environment

Your tasks

  1. Quality & Environmental Management Systems
    • Ensure the effective implementation and continual improvement of the company’s Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
    • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other applicable certifications.
  2. Process Control & Monitoring
    • Monitor factory processes to ensure they operate within controlled environments and meet defined quality and environmental requirements
    • Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of Statistical Process Control (SPC) across relevant operations.
  3. Documentation & System Control
    • Ensure all quality and environmental documentation is properly maintained, updated, and controlled.
    • Act as Key User for PJ POMS, ensuring system integrity and data accuracy.
  4. Waste Management & Legal Compliance
    • Manage scheduled, general, and domestic waste in accordance with legal and environmental regulations as per ISO14001
    • Oversee the scrap yard and scheduled waste storage areas to ensure proper handling and compliance.
  5. Environmental Requirement
    • Ensure the sewage treatment plant is monitored and maintained in compliance with legal and environmental standards.
  6. Compliance Management System
    • Conduct regular evaluations of compliance obligations and ensure all requirements are fulfilled
    • Plant Compliance Contact person for compliance Management system
  7. Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead and manage the Quality System Team to ensure high performance, collaboration, and continuous development
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to achieve departmental goals.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Technology) or Mathematics is preferred. Candidates with relevant experience and qualifications will be considered an advantage.
  • Certified as Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2008, trained as ISO/TS 16949, OHSAS 18001 and EMS ISO 14001 auditor. Further qualification encouraged.
