TAX ANALYST
Your tasks
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Tax Analyst to join our team in Ponta Grossa. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and interpreting Brazilian tax laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance
- Staying up to date on changes in tax legislation and implementing necessary adjustments
- Identifying and mitigating tax risks
- Preparing the calculation of direct and indirect taxes
- Preparing and reviewing direct and indirect tax returns
- Performing tax bookkeeping
- Support audit processes
- Contribute to the improvement of automation processes and initiatives in the tax department
- Participate in projects in the area
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Experience in tax analysis or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Brazilian tax laws
- Experience in SAP system
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- CRC will be a plus
- Experience in tax compliance and audit
- processesSolid knowledge of the Brazilian tax system and tax regulations
- Intermediate English
