RPA Developer (UiPath) – Software Process Automation
Your tasks
As an RPA Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to automate workflows across departments. You will use UiPath to create efficient, scalable solutions that reduce manual work, minimize errors, and drive digital transformation.
- The RPA Developer designs, builds, tests, and maintains automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with UiPath. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT experts, the role enables the automation of repetitive, rule-based tasks to enhance operational efficiency, reduce errors, and support scalable digital transformation.
- Develops, maintains, and optimizes RPA solutions that serve business units.
- Supports and enhances automations that contribute to enterprise-wide productivity, scalability, and compliance.
- Works in a cross-functional team of developers, solution architects, and platform operators within the Automation Team.
Your profile
- Automation Solution Delivery: Analyze business processes, define and document automation solution designs, and implement stable and scalable automation workflows using RPA tools like UiPath.
Proven experience developing automation with UiPath (or other RPA tools).
Solid understanding of business processes, workflow design, and process improvement.
Basic knowledge of VB.NET, C#, or Python is a plus.
Understanding of APIs, Excel automation, SAP automation, etc.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
