Material Planner Analyst

Your tasks
Plan the purchase / disposal of the components and raw material according to the customer's requirements, in addition to checking the quantities of existing components in the warehouse to meet the inventory objectives and cover the production plan.
MAIN TASKS:
- Review the raw material inventory of product and service components in the SAP system to determine material coverage.
- Plan and optimize materials stock (planning quantities, reducing waste, keeping stock to minimum, avoiding obsolescence’s)
- Analyze and maintain MRP (set of requirements), analyze differences and cover releases in base to determine the requirements with the supplier
- Review changes in the production plan that has the necessary raw material
- Close contact with our internal and external suppliers
- Ensure that the supplier receives the releases, send releases to suppliers that do not automatically receive it by system.
- Notify the supplier of increases in number requirements of parts to verify capacity and lead times
- Coordinate collection windows in the plant for suppliers
- Monitor suppliers with regard to delivery time
- Monitor drastic lead time increases for each supplier
- Monitor the air, ground and maritime traffic of raw material to ensure reception and goods receipt
- Maintain communication with the supplier in case of delays in material delivery
- Coordinate, based on the Gross Requirement, the priorities for receipt of shipments in transit
- Analyze root cause of credit suspension by credit providers, establish an action plan and follow up to ensure that the suspension is withdrawn.
- Analyze past due report of suppliers, check with material in transit to ensure that it is in plant based on the production plan (coverages)▪ Know and understand the ESH policy of the company.
- To stop the shipment, the station and / or line in case of detecting an anomaly, non-conforming product or suspicious, according to the applicable procedures, instructions and criteria.
- Report immediately on products or processes that do not meet the customer's requirements to ensure that the non-compliant product is not sent to the customer and that all possible non-conforming products are identified and contained in the plant following the applicable escalation process ( Jidoka, reaction plan, contingency plan)▪ Fundamental TPM▪ Standard work
Your profile
- Advanced SAP knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, logistics or similar
- 2 years of experience
- Forwarding & customs
- English level B2
- Product knowledge
- Knowledge of raw material
- Excel
- Logistics, Organization Troubleshooting / Contingency Plans
- Indicators of the area and quality objectives / Procedures applicable to the position and Foreign Trade
