Local IT Team Lead
Your tasks
This role is pivotal in ensuring the availability and performance of IT infrastructure and applications in alignment with global standards and business strategies. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, leading a small team and collaborating across departments to drive digital transformation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all IT activities within the plant.
- Develop and implement local IT strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Manage IT service delivery, infrastructure, and application support.
- Oversee IT project execution, including vendor coordination and technical delivery.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, risk management, and quality standards.
- Provide consulting and training to business users on IT systems and security.
- Maintain plant data centers and specialized manufacturing IT systems.
Your profile
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information & Communication Technology or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years in a relevant IT role.
- 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Technical Expertise:
- IT Infrastructure & Service Management (ITIL)
- Project Management methodologies
- System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Business Process Manufacturing
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and intercultural sensitivity.
