Maintenance technician
Your tasks
- Share lessons learnt with a functional team.
- Transfer information on breakdowns and activities in the shift.
- Support in training production employees to correctly handle equipment.
- 5S management on the shopfloor and in the workshop.
- Finish the department and group target.
- Support the TPM method and perform activities to keep it at golden level.
- Support continues the process improvement.
- Equipment preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Tools management in the workshop and the shop floor.
- Spare parts management (change, return unused parts, inspect defective parts).
- Assist the continuous improvement process to extend machine lifetime.
- Assist PM planner with information for the correct safety stock to reduce spare part cost.
- Repair worn parts instead of purchasing new ones.
- Record downtime in detail, using different reporting tools (SAP, Pulse, etc.).
- The production line is checked regularly.
- Increase equipment availability by performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Detailed feedback of information about the machine downtime, participation in cross-functional problem solving.
- Verify the equipment during the restart procedure.
- Use CBS tools for problem solving (5 Why, A3).
- Support line startup after breakdown or planned activities.
- Coach and train new technicians and trainees.
Your profile
- Customer Orientation.
- QMS / BPM Knowledge, Quality Orientation, and Quality tools.
- Technical realization of production equipment, Process Capability, and Process documentation.
- Prototype Lean Manufacturing.
- Product knowledge and Controlling Knowledge.
- Networking & Collaboration.
- Equipment and spare part management.
- Technical knowledge (Mechanics, pneumatics, electronics).
- Vocational or above education in a technical field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the Maintenance field of the automotive manufacturing area or a similar field.
- Good communication in English - speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Well-experienced with the Microsoft Office package.
- Experience with Automotive Maintenance standards.
- Familiar with TPM.
- Full-time work with a rotating shift schedule (3 day shifts/3 off days/3 night shifts/3 days off):
- Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

- Salary: €1,376 - €2,556 (including night shifts and performance bonus) before taxes.
- Up to €247.93 before tax/ €150 after tax additional bonus depending on work results.
- Additionally, a 20-25% bonus is paid on the base salary for night hours.
