Your tasks

Responsible for ensuring that the SMT technologies / projects in his charge produce electronic modules in accordance with global guidelines of technologies introduction within Continental Plants, as well as customer requirement and Automotive Industry normative: IATF Standard Compliance. Responsible of following tasks once product reaches G90 (And during remainder of PLC):

  • Support on Introduction of highly complex production technologies according to CAP0603076 and other specific procedures of Continental Automotive.
  • Manage, sustain and optimize process equipment through continuous improvements (Software and Hardware, improving overall KPIs-such as PFY, utilization rate, PpK/Cpk, cycle times, etc.)
  • Ensure  process systems deployed in production floor meet target KPIs (Availability, Quality Rate, Performance) after G90 and during remainder of PLC. Lead and promote continuous improvement efforts for factory operation. Provide feedback to industrialization team regarding lessons learned and best practices for process system architecture. Support Yokoten efforts by appropriately documenting lessons learned and best practices, and by mentoring less-experienced colleagues. Support TPM team, supervising and audit proper preventive and corrective maintenance of systems. Manage and coordinate shop floor resources.
  • Participation in local and global technical communities to ensure the standards for Continental. Suppliers development and evaluation.

Your profile

  •  Bachelor degree in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1 - 3 Years of experience in the automotive or electronic industry.
  • 1 - 3 Years of experience leading improvement projects. Innovative and flexible working methods.
  • Project management knowledge.
  • Use of statistical tools for process and equipment analysis ( SPC, MCA, CPK).
  • English medium / high.
  • Team work and lead other engineers, be self motivated, clear and effective communication skills, well organized, teamwork skills.
  • Electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge.
  • Electric and pneumatic diagrams interpretation.

Desirable

  • Solder Paste Printing  and SPI processes.
  • Reflow Oven processes.
  • Pick & Place  processes.
  • Core tools.
  • Minitab.
