Your tasks

Efficient management of the development and maintenance of processes for all s.l.p. regarding efficiency, performance (OEE), quality and continuous improvement aspects, through corporate tools of lean manufacturing.

Your profile

Main tasks:

Development of new processes:

▪Execution advance project on new processes .

▪Execution simultaneous engineering between product/process development .

▪Execution of cost engineering estimates on modification in existing processes.

▪Study, design and implementation of assembly lines automatic and semiautomatic

▪Execution of scope of supply (SOR) for new equipment.

▪Execution supply purpose release (SOR) for existing lines or modifications.

▪Supplier management in the development of new lines and processes.

Management of plant continuous improvement:

▪Execution of  analysis to implement new processes solutions on existing equipment.

▪Execution of analyses 5S/8D: problem root cause definition.

▪Follow rumpup new processes.

▪Execution of shared action plans to improve.

▪Daily analysis of process data and comparison between them, to define new areas of action to improve process performance.

▪Execution of the plant's largest facilities.

Process documentation development:

▪Lead  interfunctional meeting to PFMEA develop

▪Participate actively to OEE commitee and promote Health and Safety activities 

▪Development of process instructions and train staff for new processes

▪Design of medium implementations on equipment/processes existing.

▪Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses and estimated production costs.

Interdisciplinary activities:

▪Support for rumpup new processes.

▪Support for bill of material management 

▪Support for process innovation activities.

▪Support the plant's critical processes.

▪Support for the implementation of the plant layout.
