Your tasks

Design, define, develop, and construct production equipment for new products or processes, as well as modify existing equipment to support and exceed productivity and financial goals across all operations of the campus Las Colinas.

  • Formulate and implement PLC programming strategies to ensure optimal new project launches, workforce optimization, production capacity enhancement, and line footprint efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough and continuous analysis to identify opportunities for plant productivity improvements through automation and PLC enhancements, ensuring proper documentation of all findings and recommendations.
  • Rigorously monitor and achieve required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the area of responsibility to maximize the financial impact on the site.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive education plans to train technicians and engineers, fostering professional growth and maintaining a highly skilled workforce in the location.
  • Engage in extensive research, learning, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies to provide critical support to the Industrialization Team.
  • Systematically implement corrective and preventive actions within the field of responsibility to eliminate root causes of performance issues, quality deficiencies, waste generation, cycle time inefficiencies, and other KPIs crucial to overall plant performance optimization.
  • Maintain unwavering commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance in all aspects of automation and PLC engineering activities.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering: Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Computing Systems.
  • Expert of PLC programming for complex and high speed automated processes.
  • Project Management and Executive presentations.
  • Advanced English.
