Your tasks

The IE Technical Manufacturing Team Leader is responsible for developing and implementing the plant-wide strategy for projects that introduce technical and technological solutions to continuously improve our plant's Operational and Financial performance in Las Colinas Manufacturing Value Added Chain.

  • Lead and develop a team of experts in systems management and process execution, focusing on Automation, PLC, Industry 4.0, and Data Analytics Technologies.
  • Implement and oversee work systems that support new process deployment in Focus Factories, ensuring all specific project KPIs are met.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous controls and monitoring systems to guarantee budget adherence and continuous improvement within the scope of responsibilities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the quality management system according to IATF16949 standards within the area of responsibility.
  • Facilitate comprehensive training and professional development for team members to enhance plant productivity and efficiency through the utilization of current and emerging technical and technological knowledge.
  • Oversee and manage technical and technological projects across 100% of Production Lines & Facilities, collaborating with external partners such as equipment suppliers when necessary.
  • Manage an annual potential purchasing value of over10 million pesos for equipment acquisition.
  • Direct a team of expert engineers specializing in Automation, Data Analytics, Equipment/tooling Design, Industry 4.0, and Project Management.
  • Spearhead the development, construction, and implementation of technical and process modifications aimed at improving key plant performance indicators.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Communication, Mechanical, Electromechanical.
  • Experienced un Automation of Automotive Processes and the methods to implement changes on existing Automated Equipment.
  • Experienced on Detecting opportunities for Operational Performance improvement via Technical Improvements and better workload for Operators.
  • Experience on Predictive Maintenance Technics, 6 Sigma and Lean Manufacturing through implemented projects.
  • Advanced English.
