In a nutshell the position is meant to be:

  • First level contact for EU-Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) related process & system questions (for purchasing, supply chain functions, sustainability, suppliers)

In more detail the tasks of the position are:

  • First level support for troubleshooting in terms of EUDR (e.g. analyzing error messages)
  • Being part of the EUDR Knowledge Hub 
  • Managing and assign user and roles in tools
  • Supporting business for EUDR status questions from the tool in EU-Traces
  • Reporting: Assist in the yearly reporting obligations
  • Support the responsible value chain (RVC) risk analysis with information from related system 
  • Supporting the supplier onboarding, develop and conduct supplier trainings in alignment with related functions

Your profile

  • Good methodical understanding of system based Purchasing processes for PM and NPM
  • Knowledge of further purchasing related tools (e.g. SAP, Osapiens, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • System troubleshooting
  • Know-How in interface processes to SCM
  • Business English (additionally Business German is an advantage)
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Independent working style and high self-motivation
  • Ability to work under pressure, driving execution
