Your tasks
- Project leader for the development & industrialization of new tire lines for Continental Summer replacement
- Lead of project team and planning, administration and steering of the project with respect to goal achievement, capacity, quality, timing and cost
- Marketing support for product fact books, press & media, and tire launch events
- Tire line ownership and introduction and maintenance of articles in production according to agreed timings & existing guidelines
- Line tasks and work packages in other tire line and research & development projects
Your profile
- Academic degree in engineering, natural sciences or comparable fields
- Experience in tire industry, especially is the research & development area is beneficial
- First project management and leadership experience is beneficial
- Experience with advanced use of data Analytic tools like Tableau, power BI, Excel-Pivot desirable
- Comfort with using digital collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Exposure to digital product lifecycle tools (e.g., PLM systems, Teamcenter,…) is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with good communication skills
- Presentation skills according to the different stakeholder’s needs
- Committed team player with inspiring can-do-mentality and structured, fact driven and transparent work style
