- Quality Management in Project and product for ANS
- Structuring and coordination of quality related items within project linked to manufacturing, system partners and suppliers
- Resolution of quality issue using 8D problem solving method
- Management of customer returns
- Pursuing the application of procedures, quality methods, and tools related to the project needs
- Planning, executing and evaluation of quality audits
- Recurring reporting of quality figures related to the project
- Management of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) for serial release of product
- Accomplish and maintain APQP (Advanced Products Quality Planning)
- Moderate and release of risk management, milestone project reviews, and safe launch readiness reviews
- Tracking and handling of design deviation requests, design and process changes and special releases
- Preparation of product releases together with manufacturing planning, product manager and system partner
Your profile
- Expert knowledge of automotive technology
- Fluent in English and in customer’s working language
- Good knowledge of quality methods and tools
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a technical equivalent
- Work experience: More than 5 years of professional experience, ideally in automotive industry; willingness to travel
