GL Component Quality Assurance - Tires

• Ensure that quality requirements are met in the areas of responsibility;
• Ensure that root cause analysis is performed and corrective actions are done;
• Ensure that FMEA, control plans, procedures and work instructions, Control of non-conforming products are implemented;
• Track the quality indicators and follow up the results;
• Track the SPS problem solving analysis and follow up the results;
• Assure compliance to IATF 16949, legal, customer and internal requirements as required in areas related to responsibility of quality of product and process group;
• Participate in internal and external audits and support the corrective actions following the audits;
• Prepare, implement and optimize the policies and procedures, work instructions in QM area;
• Review internal processes, ensure their optimization;
• Product quality requirements, from tire manufacturing to delivery to customers;
• CSR ( Customer specific requirements) implementation in plant;
• Focus / FAM meeting and actions follow-up, with implementation in our process to prevent future issues;
• Lead the Quality process and product group and enhance its development, as well as to ensure results (efficiency, quality);Apply human relations processes that drive people performance and planning.

• Technical University degree;
• Min. 3 years experience within Quality function or has worked in other function / functions with a strong interface to quality function (e.g. Production / Process Engineering / PI) with minimum 2 years experience in Leading people position;
• Understanding and applying quality management tools (FMEA,CP, SPC, MSA, etc.)
• Has worked with different cultures through involvement in multicultural projects or internship / study abroad;
• English - advanced level;
• Project management knowledge;
• Manufacturing process and product related know-how;
• Problem solving and decision making skills;
• Technical compliance and product integrity requirements;
• Certificated as Internal Auditor IATF 1600949 - is a plus.
