Your tasks

1.Strategic Supplier Development & Sourcing

1)Collaborate with plant procurement, Transportation, and SAP teams to onboard suppliers into systems

2) Facilitate cross-functional alignment (Finance, Operations) for smooth transition and order fulfillment

3) Develop supplier performance scorecards and conduct periodic reviews

 - ASN improvement

 - PSM improvement

2. Supplier Performance & Relationship Management (SRM)

1) Establish KPIs (e.g.Delivery) and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

2) Implement supplier scorecards and performance dashboards

3) Resolve supplier disputes, bottlenecks, and non-conformances through root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CAPA).

4) Foster strategic partnerships with critical suppliers for joint innovation, risk-sharing, and continuous improvement.

3. Risk Management & Supply Chain Resilience

1) Conduct supplier risk assessments (financial, geopolitical, operational) and develop mitigation plans (dual sourcing, inventory buffers).

2) Monitor market trends, disruptions, and regulatory changes (e.g., trade tariffs, ESG compliance).

3) Lead business continuity planning (BCP) for critical supply chains.

4.Digital Transformation & Process Optimization

1) Leverage AI/analytics tools for supplier risk prediction, spend analysis, and procurement automation.

2) Drive ERP/SRM system enhancements to improve supplier onboarding, PO automation, and invoice reconciliation

3) SCM Supplier coach: improvement project for cost reduction, and delivery performance improvement

Your profile

  1. Bachelor's degree or similar
  2. 7+ years in supplier management, strategic sourcing, or procurement (semiconductor or consumer electronics industry a plus)
  3. Advanced negotiation, financial analysis (TCO, NPV)
  4. Certifications (Preferred): CPSM, CSCP, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
