Control and Drive Engineer (Electronic Specialist Engineer)
Your tasks
- Ensure the reliability of the machinery according to the Company's Safety and Quality requirements, through best maintenance practices considering analysis of equipment performance information and plant production priorities.
- Root Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting
- Programming languages and communication protocols
- Maintenance Management
- Provide technical support in locating and troubleshooting machinery failures.
- Support in the development of audits related to the execution of maintenance (planning and control).
- Support in the development of maintenance projects.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement projects in terms of Maintenance.
- Support, as required, to make adjustments to machine parameters to release equipment to production
- Provide technical training to maintenance shift leaders.
- Ensure the integrity of our resources by guaranteeing the functionality of the processes in accordance with internal security procedures.
- Implement 100% the use of Version Dog and Acronis in the machinery for which it is responsible.
- Define and follow up on the KPIs corresponding to the implementation of Version Dog and Acronis.
Your profile
- Electronics, Automation, Mechatronic Engineering or related.
- IPCs, PLCs, Siemens, (step 7 TIA portal) Rockwell (CLX 5000, SLC 500, PLC 5)
- Drives Servo Knowledge.
- Instrumentation Knowledge.
- English Language: Basic- intermediate.
- Root analysis knowledge.
- Problem solving Knowledge.
- Project Management experience.
- Automotive industry experience.
