Quality Engineer Production in Projects

1.As the project quality representative, be responsible for identifying customer quality requirements and leading product development quality planning
作为项目质量代表，负责识别客户质量要求，主导产品开发质量规划

2.Solve customer quality problems and ensure a good cooperative relationship with customers
解决客户质量问题，确保与客户质量保持良好的合作关系

3.Assist project manager to complete the project development management and ensure that quality deliverables are delivered on time in planisware system
协助项目经理完成项目开发管理工作，确保质量交付物在planisware系统中按时交付

4.Organize monthly project meetings, review Project status (including list of problems, safety production control plan)
组织月度项目会议，review项目状态（包括问题点清单，安全投产控制计划）

5.Lead PPAP process release preparation, pre-audit and close loop, as well as subsequent submission of PPAP packages and PSW approval
主导PPAP流程发布的准备，预审和闭环，以及后续PPAP文件包的提交和PSW的批准

6.Establish and maintain quality data like PPM, FMEA,Control Plan, 8Ds, PPAP's, SPC, MSA and others as appropriate.
建立和维护质量数据，如PPM，FMEA，Control plan,8Ds, PPAP，SPC，MSA和其他相关文件

7.Perform internal process audits, handing customer new project audit, support system audit and participate others internal/external audits.

8.Responsible customer complain in SOP+6 month

9.Communicate with customer and responsible for change management

10.负责内部年度产品审核计划制订和检验标准的制订，监督产品情况
Responsible annual internal product audit plan and specification,monitor the implemetation

11.Assist Departments with Quality System and Product Quality related issues and coordinate the Quality effort.
协助部门的质量体系和产品质量相关的问题，并协调质量工作

12.负责维护S4HANA系统质量模块
Maintaince quality moduel in S4 hana system

13.Work with superios arrangements

1.Collegue degree and above
大专以上学历

2.5 years Quality experience，including 3 years program quality experience
5年以上质量经验，其中有3年项目质量经验

3.Relevant work considering IATF16949 
IATF16949相关经验

5.5 tools: PPAP,APQP,MSA,SPC,PFMEA

6.VDA6.3, VDA 6.5 相关要求

7.High sense of responsibility, team work, hard working and high efficiency,fluent spoken English, good at reading and writing
