ISMS Specialist
Your tasks
You really want to shape big things? Here you are – be part of ContiTechs central Cybersecurity team where you have the chance to influence our ISMS. In this role you
- Maintain and further develop ContiTechs existing ISMS
- Ensure compliance with the relevant frameworks
- Adjust the ISMS to internal requirements
- Design, develop and implement the topic of 3rd party information security management
- Select an external vendor that helps supporting ISMS operations
- Plan and conduct internal assessments to measure the effectiveness of the ISMS
- Identify non-conformities and initiate mitigation or remediation measures in alignment with the organization
- Structure and organize collaboration throughout various information security stakeholders
- Support 2nd line of defense reporting to build the basis for management decisions
- Support the creation of training to positively shape ContiTechs security awareness and culture
- Support the preparation of internal and external audits

Your profile
- Academic degree in computer science or similar
- Several years experience in the Governance area of Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity itself, Architecture and Processes
- Knowledge about ISMS processes and operations
- Understanding of business processes
- Knowledge in Cybersecurity relevant industry standards such as ISO27000 family, NIS2, TISAX
- Project Management skills, strong analytical and thinking and presentation skills
- Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Interpersonal and intercultural skills to work with different stakeholders
- Good (self-)organizational skill
- Willingness to travel from time to time
