Senior Project Manager - AM Platform Development

Your tasks

Job Summary: Our teams are working on system solutions that can be scaled from L 2 to L4 automation levels, such as Xelve, our scalable AD and ADAS system set up for parking, humanized driving approach, and higher levels of automation, including autonomous driving. Data Drived Development and scalable platform solutions are key to enable such kinf of system development. The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex IT, Cloud transformation and development projects from inception to completion.  This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT project management methodologies, and the ability to drive projects to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Maintain effective communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional virtual project teams, providing clear direction, support, and guidance. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Strong collaboration with product organization as the execution is driven in SAFe agile framework
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project to ensure successful delivery
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability. Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders
  • Change Management: Manage project changes and ensure that change requests are properly documented, evaluated, and implemented
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud platform development, software development, and system integration
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
