Lean Management Intern

Your tasks

  • Support the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of the Lean Management System to ensure compliance with government, industry, customer, and internal requirements.
  • Support Lean Management development in areas such as communication, people development, performance management, and strategy development to achieve results aligned with plant strategy, expectations, quality standards, and process requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to defined timelines for Lean Management initiatives.
  • Support the organization and follow-up of internal and third-party system/process/product audits.
  • Shopfloor Management, 5S, Visual Management & Problem Solving.
  • Support the coordination and monitoring of Lean implementation, execution, and continuous improvement in compliance with policies, manuals, standards, and local QMS documents.
  • Ensure proper document control at the organizational level according to corporate standards.
  • Actively contribute to achieving business targets and overall plant quality performance in alignment with customer, internal, and supplier KPIs.
  • Support all plant processes, including Production, Logistics, Administration, and New Product Launch, ensuring comprehensive Lean Management integration.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Lean Management practices within the plant.
  • Tailor Lean Management initiatives to plant needs and Business Unit requirements, with tracking and continuous improvement.

Your profile

  • Student or graduate of Engineering or Computer Science field.
  • Ability to join internship for 6 months.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Experience in Quality or LEAN would be considered as an advantage.
  • Experience in Automotive business would be considered as an advantage.
  • Experience in Production would be considered as an advantage.
