Your tasks

  • Lead manufacturing related activities of complex industrialization projects within the Product Life Cycle, from acquisition until series production.
  • Develop the Manufacturing Concept based on product architecture and requirements matching them to state-of-the-art production processes and technologies.
  • Be responsible for completing activities within operations to meet the specific, cost, timing, and quality requirements.
  • Be responsible for documentation of operations activities.
  • Actively manage and optimize the use of resources in the project, and assign activities to the operations project team members.
  • Coordinate and control project activities, track the project progress, and define corrective measures.
  • Ensure spending and investments are aligned with approved authorizations and/or budgets.
  • Ensure technical, timing, and cost feasibility to manufacturing processes to eventual changes in product or requirements and lead change management activities in production related to product or process.
  • Promote continuous improvements for products, processes, and projects in your area of responsibility.
  • Provide support in quality tasks to analyze, contain, and resolve issues during launch and serial production.
  • Coordinate and manage prototype sample production activities.

Your profile

  • University degree in a related field (engineering/sciences).
  • 3 years of similar experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry.
  • General knowledge about common manufacturing technologies for electronic manufacturing.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Capable to interact with international teams.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership.
  • Experience in multicultural environment/international projects.
  • Good knowledge of English both written and spoken.
