Your tasks

  • Manage the evaluation of employee competencies throughout various stages of the employee lifecycle, aligned with corporate standards;
  • Implement and maintain a qualification and requalification system;
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance and support talent development;
  • Identify development needs and propose training interventions in collaboration with department managers;
  • Provide input on career and succession planning by reporting on development actions and skill gaps;
  • Develop and maintain standardized training programs, including materials, manuals, and documentation;
  • Oversee the development of training modules and maintain relationships with external training providers;
  • Monitor and improve the quality and effectiveness of training activities through evaluation and feedback;
  • Ensure training compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements;
  • Contribute to employee retention efforts through targeted development strategies.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Experience in training and competence & organizational development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment;
  • Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills;
  • Familiarity with performance and talent development tools, qualification systems, and audit requirements; 
  • Strong English knowledge;
  • Ability to create effective training strategies and materials.
