Your tasks

We are expanding our Group Functions Team and are in the process of establishing a dedicated team with a sharp focus on Tax Compliance and Tax Risk Management.

If you enjoy developing new processes and have a passion for Tax, we are looking for you as a (Senior) Manager Tax Governance & Analytics (m/f/diverse) to support the development and regular operation of our group-wide Tax Control Framework and monitoring and improvement of the Tax Compliance Management System (TaxCMS) for our German Group Companies.

You can look forward to the following areas of responsibilities:

  • Preparation, processing and analysis of the system-based Tax risk reporting
  • Further development of group-wide Tax Compliance controls
  • Tax audit preparation & execution based on Tax risk reporting
  • Identification of tax compliance weaknesses and development of appropriate mitigation measures
  • Implementation of application process for residence statements
  • Development of new routines & procedures to improve the tax risk reporting efficiency
  • Establishment of tax risk related data analytics
  • Maintain regular contact to our group companies as well as local and regional tax functions
  • Maintenance and further development of internal tax guidelines & work instructions (policy management)
  • Planning and performance of tax related trainings to our internal stakeholders

Your profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Academic degree in Business Administration with focus on tax law or comparable
  • Education or certification as a tax lawyer/tax expert (Steuerberaterexamen) is a plus
  • Work experience in an industrial area or a tax consultancy is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for risk management and tax matters
  • Knowledge of corporate income tax law/company law
  • Passion for developing concepts and practical solutions
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
  • Working independently and with own responsibility
  • Team-oriented and highly commitment work style
