What You’ll Do
As a key player in our global HR IT team, you’ll:
- Lead impactful projects across Master Data, Talent, Learning, Feedback, and Workforce Analytics Solutions
- Own your projects end-to-end: from roadmap to rollout, including stakeholder alignment, coordination of vendors and internal resources
- Manage budgets and ensure smart, strategic use of resources
- Drive innovation by exploring and implementing AI-powered features and automation within the HR tool landscape (e.g. SuccessFactors) and beyond
- Champion user experience by optimizing business processes and UI/UX design
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across our global communities

Your profile
- Academic Degree in Technology or Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in comparable role
- Experience in HR IT Solutions (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
- Business knowledge related to HR is a plus
- Enthusiastic about Data & AI (in HR)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
- Business fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
- High level of initiative and the ability to drive projects independently
- Customer-orientation with ability to understanding and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
