Preventive Maintenance Coordinator
Your tasks
- Assure together with the Purchasing department the spare parts availability for the different productive areas of the plant thus positively impacting the Preventive and Corrective maintenance KPIs as well as to manage specific tasks such as mobile equipment "forklifts and MHE" preventive and corrective maintenance.
▪Spare parts Management.- Coordinate the meetings with Maintenance Planners and Coordinators to review status and define next steps as for spare parts availability concern.
▪Monitor and develop a root cause analysis, define action plans and coordinate the required actions to guarantee the availability of spare parts.
▪Support the development of new suppliers aiming to improve the spare parts supply or maintenance external services involving pricing optimization▪ Lead the Maintenance planners to improve the spare parts availability, min / max KPIs, foster a financial awareness and progressively reduce the level of obsolescence
▪Coordinate the min/max inventory reviews in order to assure the correct spare parts availability and a healthy financial result.
▪Provide information, trends (materials and spare parts) regarding Maintenance in an efficiently manner
▪ Implement KPIs in regards of transportation equipment (forklifts and electric tuggers), MHE, performance and maintenance
▪Implement and document the maintenance general procedure for transportation equipment, forklifts and MHE
▪Maintenance projects.- Support as required to the development of new projects in terms of spare parts supply and SAP PM▪Audits.- Lead and participate during internal and external Maintenance audits as required
▪Costs.- Contribute to the optimization of Maintenance costs.
▪HSE.- Apply the HSE policies on the daily work and his team▪ Promote the "Safety is the overriding priority" mentality among the team members.
▪ Quality.- Apply the corporate Quality procedures
▪ Apply the efficiency cycle such as Monitoring, Root cause analysis, action plan definition and execution to accomplish the Maintenance targets according to the quality system.
Your profile
▪Advanced English level
▪BSc. Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, etc)
Automotive experience (desirable)
▪Problem solving methodologies knowledge
▪Leadership skills
▪SAP (PM11) module knowledge required
