Your tasks

Forensic analytics

▪ Implement, expand and improve usage of forensic analytic tools within Special investigations
▪ Act as key user and main contact for colleagues in case of questions and help to solve problems
▪ Perform forensic analytics for cases and support colleagues in their cases with the forensic tools
▪ Train colleagues in forensic processes and optimal uasge of tools
▪ Develop concepts for further tools, methods and/or use cases

Perform special investigations

▪ Manage and carry out special investigations incl. related forensic analysis at all levels of the Corporation, e.g. company, Business Area
▪ Develop recommendations to strengthen anti-fraud controls and to improve controls and efficiency of areas being audited
▪ Perform conclusion meetings regarding the investigation outcome with Central and/or local management
▪ Create special investigation reports and manage reconciliation process
▪ Cooperate with authorities for potential criminal investigations

Job coaching and knowledge sharing

▪ Support team members in their own development
▪ Coach and train team members on the job
▪ Conduct training sessions for joiners and auditors. Give guidance on methods and practices
▪ Gain regularly audit related training.Consulting▪ Develop solutions concerning various operational fraud risk issues
▪ Provide consulting service in specific operational areas or projects with regard to fraud and compliance aspects
▪ Represent the Special Investigation team within the Group

Your profile

  • Academic degree in IT, data science or business administration/economics or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of working experience, with at least three years of IT or audit related experience
  • Experience in at least one operational function or forensic services
  • Very good handling with MS Office software
  • Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel international (approx. 15-20 %)
  • High level of integrity, analytical thinking and confidentiality
