Data Integration and Modelling Specialist

Your tasks

Data Integration: Oversee the integration of data from various sources into the business warehouse, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Data Modelling: Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analysis needs within the purchasing department.

Infrastructure Management: Manage the data infrastructure, including databases and data warehouses, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of data to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring high data quality standards.

System Optimization: Work with IT and procurement teams to enhance the functionality and usability of data management systems.

Compliance: Ensure all data management activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, finance, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and support for data initiatives.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal users on data management best practices and system usage.

Your profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data integration, data modelling, or a related role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management systems, databases, and data warehousing tools. Strong SQL and PBI skills are a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to data integration and modelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with specific data management and warehousing systems (e.g., SAP BW, Azure, AWS).

Knowledge of industry-specific data management practices and standards.
