Solution Architect MDM (Intune and Soti) (m/f/d)

The role of Solution Architect with specialized knowledge in Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Microsoft Intune and Soti is part of Tires IT Infrastructure. This position requires designing and implementing MDM solutions to meet business and regulatory needs, developing architecture documentation, and directing the technical strategy for mobile device management. 

Your tasks:

• Design and implement MDM solutions using Microsoft Intune and Soti.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation for MDM solutions. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
• Provide technical guidance on MDM best practices. 
• Configure and manage policies, profiles, and compliance settings in Intune and Soti. 
• Ensure the security and compliance of mobile devices within the organization. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM solutions. 
• Stay updated with the latest developments and features in Intune and Soti. 
• Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on MDM solutions. 
• Integrate MDM solutions with other IT systems and applications. 
• Develop and implement strategies for device lifecycle management.

 Your profile:

• Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• 1+ year experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions with Microsoft Intune and Soti. 
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Intune and Soti environments. 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
• Experience with security and compliance management for mobile devices. 
• Basic knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, SQL Database). 
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
