Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Team Leader and lead a dedicated group of over 60 Maintenance Technicians working across three shifts, seven days a week. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment!

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities in the area of responsibility, respecting the priorities established by the direct supervisor by involving craftsmen.
  • Ensure the knowledge and application of labor protection (including LOTO), environmental protection, fire protection rules and internal procedures by craftsmen.
  • Keep the time management of craftsmen in order to fulfill the daily plan.
  • Coordinate planned works and remediation of machine failures respecting the planning and priorities agreed with the production and other departments.
  • Ensure usage of SAP PM by craftsmen.
  • Ensure the acquisition and inventory of tools and accessories for craftsmen, in compliance with plant standards.
  • Ensure, in cooperation with engineers, that the necessary spare parts for the planned interventions are available.
  • Get involved and ensure craftsmen involvement in completing the MBR (Major Breakdown Report).
  • Offer support for implementing technical improvement proposals (energy efficiency, quality, equipment efficiency).

Your profile

  • Highschool/ Technical University degree.
  • Medium English level.
  • MS Office knowledge.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Maintenance process knowledge (preventive maintenance, MTC).
  • Previous experience in Manufacturing represents a plus.
  • Safety knowledge (e.g. safety devices & functions, LOTO, SAP PM)
  • SPS Methodologies and Tools (e.g. A3)
  • Electrical (electrotechnics, automation) and mechanical (general mechanics, pneumatic, hydraulic) knowledge.
