Plant SQM

• In line with Continental Global Quality understanding "Quality First", strive and drive Zero Defect requirement to the supplier base.
• Implement Zero Defect Culture within the SQM organization.
• Ensure Best in Class "consistent and sustainable" supplier quality performance to support perfect launches and no spills.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Intermediate English ( B2 level ).
• 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Environment: Engineering, Technician, or Quality role
• Knowledge: 
  • APQP, PPAP and AIAG.
  • ISO and/or TS16949 standards (desirable).
  • VDA 6.3 standard (desirable).
• Skills:
  • Strong problem solving and communication. 
• Ability to travel 30-50% of the time (national and international.)
