CONTROLLING MANAGER
Your tasks
The person will take the responsibilities of all Strategic Planning and Controlling of a Production Plant, R&D and a Service location of Automotive in Italy.
In more details:
- Prepare and propose multi years planning for the Production Plant and R&D and Automotive Services inn Italy in coordination with Segments, BAs and Sectors requirements.
- Prepare consolidated view of actual, forecast and budget (including reporting).
- Prepare and analyze actual, forecast and budget.
- Performs Financial analysis required by General management, which serve as a basis for decision making.
- Prepare reports to management request and find the root causes of variances to propose corrections.
- Support projects initiatives and investments.
- Support to fulfill Corporate Policies and Compliance matters.
Experiences:
- It is necessary to have an experienced person as she / he will have to take responsibilities as soon as in position (a short handover is foreseen).
- Over 10 years in Controlling of large multinational Companies is required.
- Experience in Product costing.
- Some experience in Accounting will also be beneficial.
- Knowledge of digitalization of processes and a participation to EPR implementation projects.
- Management of a small team is required.
Your profile
Qualification:
- A qualified person with a degree in Economics.
- Italian and English languages are necessary.
- Office Suite advanced skills required.
- SAP FI-CO knowledgeable.
