We are looking for an experienced Retread Fleet Services Manager to oversee fleet programs, services, and technical offerings for our retread partners and fleet business. This role ensures consistent network reliability, service excellence, and innovation in retreading solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement industry-leading fleet programs and services
  • Conduct technical training for internal teams and fleet partners
  • Ensure compliance with service standards, industry regulations, and environmental guidelines
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for fleet partners and internal teams
  • Collaborate with R&D and Digital Transformation teams on new service technologies
  • Analyze market trends and benchmark fleet impact KPIs

Your profile

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related technical field
  • 7+ years in fleet operations or the retreading industry
  • Tire industry experience
  • Experience and comfort in customer facing position
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
  • Proficiency in data analysis and presentation and reporting tools
  • Ability to travel regionally/internationally (up to 25%)
  • Continental is able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity
