We are seeking a motivated and organized Operations Intern to join our dynamic team in Lodi Vecchio, Italy. This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations, providing valuable insights into the day-to-day functioning of our organization.

  • Assist in coordinating daily operational activities and processes
  • Support the operations team in data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks
  • Help maintain and update operational databases and spreadsheets
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather and organize information
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest efficiency enhancements
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management
  • Support the team in scheduling and organizing meetings
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures
  • Assist in inventory management and supply chain-related tasks
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Your profile

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Data entry and management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Proactive and eager to learn attitude
  • Fluency in English
