Recruiting Specialist

Your tasks

Ensures an efficient recruiting and sourcing process for the specific target group for APAC region.
Performing all activities to advertise job opportunities (e.g. intake/briefing meeting) and to source for candidates (job postings, database mining, HRD Pools, Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) Pools)
Guided by the process specifications provided by Centers of Expertise (CoE's), and Service Level Agreements (SLA's), the Specialist provides expertise in transaction processing, reporting and data management, to execute highly efficient solutions for his/her customers.

Your profile

Academic degree (bachelor or higher) in economics + additional qualifications or compareable experience

English and Chinese Language skills written/oral at least "B1"
