IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to act as project and service manager for Quality and/or Environment Management. You will be responsible for consulting our business partners, leading global projects, supporting running projects and introduce new applications. This role will work closely with Quality, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and utilization of the systems and applications besides SAP software solutions as an essential part of all our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven knowledge of processes in Quality and/or Environmental Management
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting of IT applications, as well as experience working on related projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with system vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to system users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, training materials, and technical documentation

• University Degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar educational background
• Several years of work experience in IT Service or Project Management
• Profound knowledge and experience in Service Management e.g. as Service Owner or Application Owner
• Profound project management skills
• Experience in managing external service providers
• Expertise and passion in knowledge and information management
• Technical knowledge and experience with a common, modern programming language is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Very good negotiation skills and ability to find workable solutions for all stakeholders
• Independent, structured, results- and customer-oriented work method
• Excellent communication and moderation skills
• Fluent Business English (written and spoken)        
• Willingness to travel internationally
