Mechanical Bench test Engineer

Your tasks

  1. ▪ Develop test plan to verify product functions according to product and project requirements
  2. ▪ Perform tests according to test plan and test specification
  3. ▪ Record, document and analyze test result with all relevant parties
  4. ▪ Create and review test report. 
  5. ▪ Develop and verify suitable hydaulic fill & bleeding process and specification
  6. ▪ Create and review product, production and customer test specifications
  7. ▪ Create and review fiil and bleeding specification
  8. ▪ Maintain test bench in good status
  9. ▪ Identify, analyze and create mechanical and test requirements
  10. ▪ Support in failure analysis and risk analysis
  11. ▪ Review and analyze test requirements
  12. ▪ Create and review product, production and customer test specifications
  13. ▪ Create and review fiill and bleeding specification
  14. ▪ Maintain test bench in good status
  15. ▪ Identify, analyze and create mechanical and test requirements
  16. ▪ Support in failure analysis and risk analysis
  17. ▪ Review and analyze test requirements
  18. ▪ Create and maintain the running schedule of the test benches in the laboratory.
  19. ▪ Be able to solve the hydraulic/mechanical/electrical problem of the test equipment independently.
  20. ▪ Be responsible for sensor calibration.
  21. ▪ Customer on site technical support
  22. ▪ Support quality problem solving
  23. ▪ Support team leader manage  the team
  24. ▪ Train engineer and the technicians for VED knowledge, test method, test skill , test bench operation / repairation / maintenance, test specifications, etc. 
  25. ▪ Train engineer and technician to solve problems during test

  2. Profound knowledge and experience in related area
