Your tasks will include the following activities:

• Provide advice to all business areas and levels of management on Criminal Law related topics
• Advise on the company's options for responding to Criminal Law related behaviour
• Steer the company’s whistleblowing system and case management
• Advise the investigating units on criminal law related matters
• Develop a strong worldwide network and support the Compliance Team and other functions in all regions
• Continuously support the improvement of the Compliance Management System regarding Criminal Law
• Support on compliance initiatives, e.g. regarding trainings, communication, integrity culture
• Foster the continuous analysis of compliance risks with regard to Criminal Law, especially the monitoring of internal control mechanisms for the early detection of compliance concerns in coordination with other compliance relevant functions
• Steer lessons-learned projects
• Actively contribute to the establishment and continuous improvement of compliance policies, manuals, programs, and standards
• Actively contribute to the company’s approach regarding dawn raids
• Develop content for Criminal Law trainings and other preventative measures in coordination with other compliance functions
• Provide trainings in the area of Criminal Law
• Actively follow regulatory changes, best practices, and compliance trends

• Academic degree in Law or comparable education
• Several years of Professional experience in the field of Compliance/Criminal Law in an international company, law firm or auditing firm
• Strong MS Office skills
• Business-fluent English and German skills (spoken and written)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong team player mentality
• Independent working style
• Strong intercultural competence
